The space is conceived as a large scenic device where the visitor, through physical and visual experience, can become an active protagonist in the process of making ice cream. A ritual that is accomplished by manually mixing salt and ice inside a machine that works thanks to eutectic mixtures. A slow mechanical operation that, through a precise mixture, allows a temperature of -21.3\u00b0C to be reached.
